International Phonetic Alphabet

Translates the front TE window into the International Phonetic Alphabet, the one they use in airplane-to-control-tower conversations and in the military. It uses a work window and puts the translation into a new window, leaving the original window untouched. Optionally it will add a little HTML formatting so that the output can look the same in a HTML formatted e-mail or web page as it does in the TE window.

This script allows you select any file to be read aloud using Speech manager. The voice changes depending on whether the paragraph being read is bold or not.
